Christopher R. Fertig
Mr. Fertig received his Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service before receiving his law degree from the University of Miami in 1976. A licensed captain and long-time member of the Maritime Law Association with the designation Proctor in Admiralty, Mr. Fertig is a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers and the National Association of Marine Investigators. He is an accomplished litigator in the areas of marine, professional liability & coverage/fraud, and has authored insurance policies and endorsements currently in use in the domestic and London market.

Frank R. Gramling
Mr. Gramling is a graduate of the University of Florida and received his law degree from Cumberland Law School in 1975. He is a member of the Elder Law Section, The Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and holds an active Real Estate Broker license. He holds the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the United States Coast Guard (Ret.).

Levi G. Williams received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois and his law degree from the University of Florida. A member of the Bars in both Florida and Washington, D.C., Mr. Williams specializes in employer liability, ADA and discrimination claims.

Darlene M. Lidondici
Darlene M. Lidondici is a graduate of the John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a law degree from Fordham University School of Law. She has a strong background in insurance coverage interpretation, supervision of liquor liability and product liability claims and analysis of catastrophic injuries. Ms. Lidondici defends professional malpractice and general liability claims and handles various insurance disputes and endorsements currently in use in the domestic and London market.

Admitted to California and Florida Bars (all Federal and State Courts). General litigation of first and third party claims including insurance policy interpretation, coverage determination and declaratory relief actions. Practice areas include maritime, professional malpractice, extra-contractual liability, premises liability, negligence, employment, commercial trucking, directors and officers, municipalities, condominiums and homeowners associations, and insurance fraud defense.

Russell M. Pfeifer
Mr. Pfeifer graduated from the University of Miami School of Law where he focused his studies on civil litigation. While at the University of Miami, Mr. Pfeifer was awarded the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in Legal Research and Writing, the CALI Excellence Award in Legal Research and Writing, the Paul B. Anton Scholarship and the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Furthermore, Mr. Pfeifer served as Lieutenant Governor for the Fifth Circuit of the American Bar Association, Law School Division.

Jeremy M. Zubkoff earned his bachelor's degree in political science from the
University of California at Santa Barbara and received his law degree from Santa
Clara University School of Law where he was awarded CALI and Witkin awards for
academic excellence. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and has lectured at Santa
Clara University.
